  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays maybe processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
